This sealant is for use around expansion joints, siding, skylights, doors, windows, flashing, fascia, shingles, and concrete foundations. It superior adhesion to a wide range of construction materials including glass, metals, wood, brick, masonry, fiberglass, stone, and plastics. Upon exposure to moisture in the air, it forms a protective skin within 2 to 4 hours and fully cures in 24 to 48 hours. The sealant is paintable and stainable once cured, making it i for finishing touches. It is waterproof and highly resistant to sun exposure, temperature extremes, and atmospheric hydrocarbons. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications, it can be applied in temperatures ranging from 40°F to 110°F and withstands service temperatures from -40°F to 185°F.
