Its dead-flat aluminum fence face resists warping over time, providing long-lasting accuracy. The Hi-Low aluminum fence face two positions for versatile use, and it slides forward and back so the tail end can serve as a stop block for crosscuts without pinching offcuts between the fence and blade. Separate scale indicators for high and low fence positions clear and accurate measurements. Rollers at the tail end of the tube glide smoothly across the tabletop, minimizing wear marks on the cast iron surface.
