By routing a dovetail groove with any 1/2" X 14-Degree Dovetail Router Bit—preferably the MatchFit Dovetail Bit—you can create custom dovetail channels anywhere clamping pressure is needed. The clamp head is integrated within the track, allowing smooth operation without interference and expanding workspace capabilities since the MATCHFIT is not limited to edges. Made from sturdy steel, these F-style clamps have a throat depth of about 3 inches, can clamp materials up to 5-1/2 inches thick, and deliver up to 596 pounds of pressure when opened to 4 inches.
