This rubberized utility coating provides a water-tight seal that effectively prevents moisture penetration, rust, and corrosion. Suitable for both interior and exterior use, it adheres well to metal, aluminum, galvanized metal, PVC, concrete, masonry, asphalt, roofing materials, vinyl siding, fiberglass, and more. The coating excellent filling and building capabilities and dries to a semi-smooth, firm finish that will not sag or drip. It can be top-coated with latex-based or oil-based paints after 24 hours. The flat, matte finish reduces light reflection and covers up to 10 square feet depending on surface porosity. It dries to the touch in 2 hours and cleans up easily with mineral spirits.
